Annie Cresta

A couple of costume concepts for Annie Cresta, who will be getting mentions in my HG fic when I actually WORK ON IT again. From this point on the Games are more background noise than center stage since there's other shit going on, but I can't really go without mentioning them.

So here's my idea for her interview and her victor ceremony costumes. You can definitely tell that a different girl came out of that Arena... They'd both be blue; the interview one would feature brighter blues and maybe some greens thrown in, while the victor dress would be darker, possibly gradient. I haven't been in a colouring mood lately.
