Evangeline's Wardrobe Part 1

This was half the fun of making a Hunger Games fan-character. This doesn't include everything she wears from the start to the Victory, but it's the major ones.

1. Reaping
I actually didn't describe what she was wearing in the story, but we'll just say it's a plain dress like most girls wear at the Reaping.

2. Tribute Parade
We've seen the electric catsuit before, but I never get tired of drawing it. I wish I had something like in real life, though I'd probably nix the real electric current for safety reasons.

3. Training
Simple, practical, but still distinctive.

4. Interview
Not much got left to the imagination. Hey it's one way to get sponsors!

5. Arena
I changed the knife belt design to be more realistic and practical. The way I had it before was just too weird. There were far too many of them and they stuck out, making them cumbersome and awkward. This way she has a more limited supply, which impacts some of her decisions in the Game. I have re-watching the movie and observing Clove's knife supply to thank for that.

6. Victor Presentation
BACK IN BLACK! My personal favourite, the Ravenna-inspired thunder gown.

Next are her Victory Tour gowns, but they still need colour.
