Dr. Crane, another sadly cut villain. Chief psychiatrist at Arkham after Hugo Strange got busted. Of course once his habits of psychologically torturing patients got out, his cushy job didn't last! Maybe Arkham needs to tighten its screening process so the guy at the top isn't batshit like the patients? Just a thought.

Really like this one, though for some reason I do prefer him to be a unicorn rather than an earth pony. I don't know why, but it just seems more fitting considering that he is more about mental power than physical. It is just my opinion though, it is still a great design.
