Oswald Cobblepot

This went from being a large doodle in a moving car to being an all-out hard work gift for a friend and mentor of mine. She's a huge Batman fan and she saw me sketching it, so I offered to give her the finished piece. I'm really happy with it. I want to strangle him with that fucking bow-tie since it was a bitch to ink, but other than that he's fabulous. The vest has some flaw, but by then my hand was tiring so I'll let it slide. I couldn't resist putting a Little Penguin on his shoulder. Yeah, bow before your new mayor and his adorable attack penguin.

Before anyone tells me how good it is for being drawn in a moving car, rest assured I did not ink it in the car. It would look like hell if I had.
